Groups with 5 or more registrants for the International Conference will receive special pricing for additional savings. Save time registering your group by downloading the registrant information sheet now and email it to:
Download the group registration sheet. All required fields will need to be completed in order to process the registration. All group registrations must work for the same organization or be organized through an FICM Affiliate. Each registrant will need to have a unique email address and FICM customer/member ID at the time of registration.
Payment Guidelines
Registration for The FICM’s conferences and any other events are not confirmed or reserved until full payment is received. It is highly recommended that payment is provided at the time of registration to guarantee a seat within the conference or event. All invoice payments are due thirty (30) days from the invoice date. FICM does not issue invoices for payment within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event. Payment by credit card is required within thirty (30) days prior to a conference or event.
Registration rate is determined by the date payment is received by FICM. Please plan accordingly, as it may take ten (10) or more business days for a wire transfer or mailed check to reach FICM. Should we receive payment after a registration rate deadline, your account will be adjusted to reflect the current due amount.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received in writing via International.Conference@executivevents.com prior to the start of the event.
Registrations cannot be cancelled over the phone. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the event.

FICM Code of Conduct at Events
The FICM Code of Conduct applies to all individuals at an activity or related social event. Anybody violating this Code may be sanctioned or expelled from the activity at the discretion of FICM.
Consent to use Photographic Imagery
Registration and attendance at or participation in FICM conferences and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to FICM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
