JUDr. Vít Horáček, Ph.D., is one of the most respected lawyers and arbitrators in the Czech Republic. He arbitrates Czech and international cases under Czech, ICC, Uncitral, Zurich and Vienna arbitration and mediation rules and CAS rules. He acts as a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris and other international courts and is also a mediator and arbitrator in so-called ADR proceedings regarding domain names. Vít also concentrates on legal advice concerning public procurement, intellectual property and energy law, telecommunications and IT. In addition, he works as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague.
