Mr. Samar Inam Khan is graduated from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2003. At present, he is a practicing Advocate at New Delhi he practices in different fields of law having expertise in Mediation & Arbitration, he settled more than 300 cases by way of ADR proceedings be it the issues between Directors of the Company, Real Estate, Information Technology, Employer- Employee issue or Matrimonial issue.
He is Chairman of his own founded Law Firm with the name “Legal Experts India” and empaneled with many Companies and PSU’s.
He worked with many Corporates and resolved the issues by way of mediation and ADR, He plays critical role with his clients, developing and executing clear legal strategies that support business profitability and compliances. Hisexpertise and work include negotiation, mediation, arbitration (under Arbitration & Conciliation Act. as Ad-hoc arbitration and under the UNCITRAL rules and other procedural rules). He successfully represented many private companies in claims and also been appointed as Sole Arbitrator by the Companies and individuals as per their agreements.
He is representing developers, owners, institutional investors, companies, firms, with extensive experience in drafting and negotiating the full range of commercial agreements required for different projects regularly advises on the drafting and negotiation agreements and settlement possibilities. He worked with the individuals for the settling up the foundation of a company, deeply involved in the setup the of a company with prior agreements between the individuals, advising as to how the company will start working and how the initial compliances will be done, settling up the core team with the Directors so the company may focus the work, in gist to create a company in a way it may work smoothly and hassle free.
He also possess extensive experience advising domestic & international clients in IT related issues such as licensing strategy for software product, Employer-Employee agreements, contracts, IPR laws, and dispute Resolution.
