He is a legal professional with ten years’ experience in managing legal affairs for the manufacturing industry, the services sector, the banking business and also for individual clients. He is efficient in the handling of disputes in civil and criminal matters, writs, appeal, recovery proceedings, employment laws and contracts.
Pratheep has a good track record in settling disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation. He is also trained in the POSH Act and banking information security.
Pratheep was nominated by the Port Authority to the Orientation Programme in Labour Laws conducted by the Indian Port Association, New Delhi and for the 21st Appreciation Course on Legislative drafting by the Institute of Legislative Drafting and Research, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice.
