Mikael Wahlgrenis the owner and founder of the law consultancy firm Linton and Wahlgren AB.He has more than 25 years extensive experience and knowledge of, amongst others, managing arbitrations, disputes and has during the past years acted as an arbitrator and mediator. During my 10 years as General Counselfor the Alfa Laval Group and 15 years as in-house counsel, supporting a number of multinational Swedish and foreign listed companies (i.e. Skanska, ABB, Rolls-Royce and NCC) and in my current role as independent legal counsel, he consider himself to be suitable as an industrial specialist arbitrator and mediator.
Mr Wahlgren has, in his capacity as General Counsel, In-house Counsel and independent Senior legal counsel, acted as an independent arbitrator and mediator, been responsible for handling, managing and defending his employers’ position as plaintiffs or defendants in various disputes as well as supervising and appointing external counsels both in domestic and international arbitrations and alternative dispute resolutions. Mr Wahlgren’sindustry knowhow includes, amongst others, the handling of legal and contractual disputes within the international manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, construction, Life Science and Med Tech industries, hens his belief that he is suitable as an Industrial specialist.
Mr Wahlgren is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Southern Swedenand the Swedish Arbitration Association.He is also a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in London and a CEDR accredited mediator.
