Gordon is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) (FCIArb), a Representative Neutral in the Construction Panel of Federation of Integrated Conflict Management, a Fellow of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR), a Member of Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (MHKIE). He served as an arbitrator for the Business Arbitration Services Panel of CIArb(EAB). He is also a Co-founder of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Adjudicators (HKICAdj), and a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng). Worked as Contract Advisor for the Hong Kong SAR Government, Gordon is experienced in providing construction contract advice on New Engineering Contracts and Hong Kong Government General Conditions of Contract in terms of claims and dispute resolution. Gordon is also experienced in managing and delivering a number of mega-infrastructure and community engineering projects, specialising in railways and waterworks. He also offers pro-bono contract advisory, arbitral and tribunal secretary services, and provides adjudication training to engineering professionals through a number of continuous professional development (CPD) courses. Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
