Mss. Joselyne INGABIRE is a Partner & Litigation Department Manager at Fountain Advocates one of big and leading Law Firms in the East Africa, located in Kimihurura, Gasabo, Kigali City. She was a Senior Associate and a practitioner at the Fountain Law Chambers from 2010 to March 2013 before it was dissolved to form Fountain Advocates.
Mss. Joselyne INGABIRE holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree from the former National University of Rwanda, a Post Graduate Diplomat in Legal Practice from Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) and an LL.M – Business Law from University of Rwanda.
Mss. Joselyne INGABIRE is a listed member of the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC) as an arbitrator and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Commercial Arbitrators (CIArb) based in London.
Mss. Joselyne INGABIRE specializes in Labour Law, Family law, Land law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), commercial law, banking and corporate law among others. At Fountain Advocates, she is largely involved in carrying out legal research, legal advisory, legal due diligences, business negotiations, and incorporation of companies, arbitrations and creation of securities for Banks but also pleading before courts on behalf of the Firm’s clients.
She has played a great role in arbitration on various Labour, commercial and investment cases. She has carried out or facilitated various consultancies having to do with legal drafting issues and others.
Mss. Joselyne INGABIRE is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association (RBA), the East African Law Society (EALS), the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC) as well as the Lawyers of Hope Association (LOH) and is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has excellent command of English and French and a working knowledge of Swahili.
