Since 2011 till March 2018 More than 40 times was appointed and participated as arbitrator in disputes resolutions in Latvia and Russia (Moscow, St-Petersburg) – in the Maritime Arbitration Commission (MAC) and in the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Chamber Commerce Industry in Moscow (Russia), in London court of International Arbitration (LCIA), in German Maritime Arbitrators Association (GMAA), Hamburg, in Riga District Arbitration court (RDAC). As counsel represented client in the ICC International Court of Arbitration (Paris, Geneva), GMAA (Hamburg), MAC (Moscow), LMAA.

Dec 1992 – Oct 1995 Commercial manager, in-house lawyer of private Russian shipping company (12 vessels river-sea type). Activities: chartering/bunkering of own vessels, contacts with Register, insurers, banks mortgagees, ship agents in different ports, etc.
