Dr Ashok Kumar Raghav is a former IPS officer and a Vice Chancellor. He is a member of the Delhi Bar Council and has thirty years of experience in the field of law enforcement. During the course of his employment, he not only developed immense legal acumen but also gained professional expertise in unravelling intractable legal issues. He has earned a doctorate in Environmental Sciences. The core area of his research was, ‘Environmental Impact Assessment of Mining in the Himalayas’. He is a Fellow of The Royal Geographical Society of London. Furthermore, his association with the media agency Press Trust of India aided in the broadening of his understanding and knowledge of socio-economic and political spheres.
As a President of the Greater Noida Productivity Council, he organizes Executive Development Programmes for corporates across the country.
