Ben Horn is a solicitor of the Senior courts of England and Wales and a chartered arbitrator . He has acted in literally hundreds of arbitrations as solicitor or arbitrator under a wide range of rules including LMAA , LCIA ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL and ad-hoc rules.
His experience extends to dispute resolution in the shipping, insurance, international trade and energy sectors, including onshore and off shore oil and gas disputes and construction disputes.

1986-2004: : Ince and Co Solicitor and partner, head of commercial litigation, arbitration and asset recovery ; leader of Eastern European and Black sea practice. 2005-2008: Faegre and Benson LLP- Special counsel: acting on behalf of the full range of the firms clientele providing English law advice and assistance and in relation to a broad spectrum of commercial issues.

Extensive experience in various arbitral fora and in the English courts of handling shipping insurance and commercial disputes; as well as advising in connection with non contentious matters.
