With over 17 years of rich experience in various domains including Business Operations, Management, Quality Audits, Customer Service and Team Management, he holds the experience of setting up over 10 Call Centers (Domestic and International) as Turnkey Projects covering the entire gambit like Feasibility Study of Location, Manpower, Technology, Admin, etc. and scaling them on need basis from 20 to 100 seats.
He is adept in corporate communication, image and brand building, training, leading, growing and managing professional associates and client relationships. He is an effective communicator with excellent techno-commercial skills, relationship building & interpersonal skills.
With strong analytical, team leadership, people management, problem solving & organizational abilities, Saurabh holds a Bachelors in Commerce, Masters in Science (Information Technology), a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management.
He is also a Certified Management Consultant (Consultancy Development Centre – DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India and has to his credit QMS Internal Auditor certification.
Saurabh is a silver certified Mystery Shopper, accredited by MSPA North America and is currently pursuing his Ph. D. in the field of Management.
He has authored a book on Mystery Shopping which has entered into World Records of India as the first book on the subject in India.
