Prashant Sivarajan, am a practicing attorney based out of New Delhi, and currently have the pleasure of assisting and being associated with one of India’s finest legal luminaries, Mr. Vivek K. Tankha, Senior Advocate and Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha; along with managing my own legal practice.

His past experience, since joining the profession in 2012, of working with Hon’ble Justice Pradeep Nandrajog (currently the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court) as well as with Chhibber & Associates (a robust boutique law firm specializing in original and appellate level matters across most judicial fora in Delhi) has given him an in-depth working knowledge and expertise at both, niche local jurisdictional levels (including jurisdiction specific practices and procedures), as well as at the highest strata of judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative dispute resolution forums in India. More pertinently, his practice has extensively involved dealing with various statutory bodies, departments, schools, colleges in matters pertaining to the conditions of service, pay, promotion, disciplinary action etc. of employees.

More specifically, his burgeoning practice spreads across the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the Central Administrative Tribunal, the National Green Tribunal, the Armed Forces Tribunal and other similar courts and tribunals located in various other states. He also has more than 30 reported judgments to my credit (which may be verified from SCC, a leading Law Journal). His research work has also been published in the Indiana Law University Journal.

As part of his pro bono initiatives, he also regularly represent and provides legal aid to many clients from the less fortunate financial strata of the society, and he have also successfully filed many noteworthy public interest litigations.

As part of his initiative to guide and assist the growing population of promising lawyers and law students in India, he has also judged various national and international level moot court competitions.
