I have been consulting on energy for six years after a career of more than 30 years with the State of Oregon in senior management positions, and 7 years with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as trial attorney. In these roles I negotiated and mediated many settlements and resolved many issues of contention. As a private consultant I have advised on solar, wind, geothermal biomass and other renewable energy, as well as on issues presented by traditional fossil fuels. I am offering my services now as a mediator and negotiator to resolve disputes among parties.
I was named the Renewable Energy Advisor of the Year by Finance Monthly Magazine’s Global Awards 2019. Other awards, affiliations and certifications are listed on the attached resume.
