Mitchell Lathrop has been practicing law for over 45 years and is a qualified domestic and international arbitrator based in New York and San Diego. He focuses his practice on domestic and international arbitration, mediation, and expert consulting and testimony in insurance, reinsurance, and lawyers’ professional responsibility. He is a AAA-ICDR National and International arbitrator, a Chartered Arbitrator, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and on the panels for arbitral organizations in Austria, Australia, Dubai, Japan and Switzerland. He is also a member of the London Court of International Arbitration and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Distinguished Neutral (Insurance) of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR).
