Mark-Oliver Baumgarten is a Swiss business lawyer practicing since 1996 in Zurich, specialized in the fields of banking, finance, capital markets, fintech, commercial and joint ventures. Since 2004 he qualifies as recognized representative of issuers at the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange. He also is founder of the management consulting firm BAUMGARTEN Consulting in Basel. Further, he teaches as lecturer of law and compliance at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences School of Management and Law.
