Lee has more than 30 years of civil engineering and project management experience. In recent years, he has worked on large transport infrastructure projects around Australia, including the Homebush Bay Rail Line (Sydney), Olympic Park Station (Sydney), Cross City Tunnel (Sydney), Eastlink (Melbourne), Urban Superway (Adelaide) and Airport Link (Brisbane). He is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors,Resolution Institute, and Risk Management Institute of Australia. Leeis also an accredited Mediator to better service the projects he oversees and resolve disputes in a positive way.
Lee’s experiences with cooperative relationship contracting include the $512M Northern Beaches B-Line Project (TfNSW D&C), $842M South Road Superway Project (DPTI D&C) and $4.2B Airport Link Project (DTMR D&C). All three of those projects involved close collaboration with multiple stakeholders and the Client.

Lee assistedwith several promising road and bridge infrastructure bids. He will be availableand ready to lead a large and multi-faceted team under different types of contracting models, such as the one proposed for the Batemans Bay Bridge Project.

1983 – 2002
Lee started out as a site engineer with Leighton Contractors and worked through to become a Project Manager and then Construction Manager. In that time he was involved on a number of significant major infrastructure projects including the first PPP project in NSW. Some of the most notable and iconic projects are listed below.
