Laura Reich
Laura Reich is an experienced litigator and arbitrator who has successfully resolved cases worth millions of dollars in damages and attorneys’ fees. Recognized as a leader in the legal industry, both by her peers and by prominent organizations, Laura is a dedicated professional who puts her experience and knowledge to work on every case. Laura has served as sole arbitrator, on arbitration panels, and as chair of arbitration panels and is also listed as an arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association and the Court of Arbitration for Art, located in The Netherlands.
Laura is the co-founder of Reich Rodriguez, P.A., an international dispute resolution law firm located in Miami, Florida, USA. Prior to founding Reich Rodriguez, Laura worked for 10 years at White & Case, LLP, one of the world’s top law firms, and then started a litigation practice at a Miami boutique firm. Laura is recognized and experienced in fields including art law and complex commercial dispute resolution. She merges the best of traditional litigation with cutting-edge technology and legal skills in multiple disciplines. Whether representing a Fortune 500 company or a small business or individual, Laura takes pride in understanding each client’s needs and definition of success.
Laura graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and has returned to her alma mater and other law schools to teach, including on arbitration and dispute resolution. She currently teaches at Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University School of Law. She is widely sought after as a speaker and has published extensively on arbitration, class actions, and international law issues. For the past three years, she has also co-edited the International Law Quarterly, a publication of the International Law Section of The Florida Bar.
