Mr. Latz studied in Münster, Marseille / Aix-en-Provence (F) and Freiburg. Prior to his traineeship in Hamburg, Brussels (B) and Madrid (E), he worked in an international law firm in Paris. From 1986 to 1991 he was syndicator in an aerospace company (Dornier). From 1991 he worked as Head of Law and Insurance in a technology company (MAN). As an authorized signatory, he later took over the management of commercial order management and project controlling. Since 2004 he has been advising on economic and corporate law issues, drafting contracts and avoiding and resolving conflicts. He also conducts training.
