Roy Goh is a highly motivated senior commercial leader and a leading authority in the International Dispute Resolution and Contract Risks Management arena with more than some 10 years of commercial and corporate experience.
Roy is a well-organized, meticulous, strategic, highly versatile and adaptable professional. Roy possesses extensive diversified experience and qualifications in business and law.
Roy’s expertise includes contract risk management, international dispute resolution in relation to cross-border contracts, reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts, cross-border contracts negotiation, employment law compliance, policy and strategy formulating, personal data privacy, and corporate governance related matters.
Roy is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK and Singapore), and he serves as a volunteer legal counsel with Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono services (TrustLaw). He is a mediator and arbitrator on the panel of leading Chinese, Indian and Thai International arbitral centres, and he is also a panel mediator with the Consumers Association of Singapore. Subsequently, in 2019, Gabriel was also admitted as a member of the European Court of Arbitration.
