Roy Goh

Roy Goh is an Entrepreneur and a dispute resolution lawyer by training with more than some 10 years of commercial business experience. Roy possesses extensive diversified qualifications in business and law. His diverse qualifications include, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and LL.B (Hons. 2nd Upper) from the University of Essex respectively.
Roy’s expertise includes contract risk management, international dispute resolution in relation to cross-border contracts, conciliation and cross-border contract negotiation. Roy is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK and Singapore).
Roy also serves as a volunteer lawyer with Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono service (TrustLaw), and the Law Society of Singapore’s Pro Bono Services Office. Roy is a Mediator on the panel of leading Chinese and Indian International arbitral centres, and he is also a panel mediator with the Consumers Association of Singapore. Roy was also inducted as a member of the European Court of Arbitration in 2019.
