Lead a Public Movement of the Citizen of Gwalior demanding to make LNCPE a Deemed University.1995
Hon’ble Late Shri Madhav Rao Scindia, declared LNCPE as Deemed University soon after assuming the Charge Cabinet Minister for Human Resource Development.

Lead a National Movement for the Development of Sports in India by enacting a National Sports Act 1986 – till date
