Does registration include accommodations and/or transportation?

No, registration only includes the meals and materials as stipulated on your event ticket. Accommodations and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.

Is there a group rate available?

Group rates are determined on a case by case basis. Interested parties should e-mail Rachelle Faust at wdrf@mediationhub.org.

 

Can I become a member in order to get the member discount?

Yes, information about joining WDRF as a member can be found on our membership page.

 

I would like to attend the conference, but I require a visa. Can WDRF help?

WDRF cannot sponsor visas. Participants are responsible for their own visas. However, WDRF can provide an invitation letter to support your application. You can find the invitation letter here.

 

I can’t afford the registration fee, are there any discounts available?

We strive to keep registration fees as low as possible for our participants, but we recognize this is out of reach for some participants. WDRF offers discounted rates for members and member organizations. You can gain limited access to the Annual Conference as a volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering, please send a copy of your resume/CV and a brief description of your interest in the Annual Conference to Rachelle Faust, our Annual Conference Associate, at wdrf@mediationhub.org. Preference will be given to volunteers who can commit to two or more days of the conference. Accepted volunteers will be granted complimentary admission for only the days they can commit to, with the understanding that responsibilities will take priority over session attendance.

 

I’m coming from out of town and need hotel accommodations.

WDRF has negotiated good rates from the following hotels.

I registered for the conference, but I have to cancel. Can I receive a refund?

Cancellations must be submitted by e-mail to wdrf@mediationhub.org. WDRF will provide a full refund on cancellations received on or before November 8, 2017. Cancellation requests received after this date will receive only a 50% refund.

 

I’m a professional and would like to share my work. Can I distribute or sell my work at the conference?

If you are interested in bringing promotional materials and/or selling items at the conference, you can purchase a booth in our Exposition Hall for $275.

 

What if I only want to attend one session? (How much do I have to pay?)

WDRF offers day rates, but does not offer special rates for individual sessions. If you are only available part of the day, WDRF will allow a person to stand in for a portion of the day, with prior approval. To set up such an arrangement, contact Rachelle Faust, Annual Conference Associate, at  wdrf@mediationhub.org.

 

What if I’m only available part of the day? (How much do I have to pay?)

WDRF offers day rates, but does not offer partial day registrations. If you are only available part of the day, WDRF will allow a person to stand in for a portion of the day, with prior approval. To set up such an arrangement, contact Rachelle Faust, Annual Conference Associate, at wdrf@mediationhub.org.
