Welcome to the Inaugural World Dispute Resolution Forum

Over two days, leaders from around the world representing many disciplines will forge new partnerships and design programs to advance the way we can prevent and resolve disputes, locally and globally.  Convening the globe’s most prominent leaders and brightest minds, we aim to help transform the future of dispute resolution.

The World Dispute Resolution Forum brings us together around one shared belief – collaboration across disciplines is the most effective way to advance the dispute prevention and resolution approaches.

This annual conference seeks to create a highly interactive environment and lively debate among arbitrators, legal practitioners; in-house counsel and academics who wish to learn more about developments in international dispute resolution.

This Forum depends upon the support of the MCN’s distinguished members, sponsors and funders. I thank them for their contributions to this effort. Each of you can play a key role in launching a multinational, multidisciplinary movement to advance the way we manage disputes.

The Forum serves as an incubator of new programs to handle and resolve disputes more effectively and efficiently in our respective communities.

I look forward to working with you in the days ahead.
